If you are an adult female of any age who is experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause, or you are a woman who is not experiencing symptoms but wants to be prepared for when you do, then my coaching program is a good fit for you. I offer a program with four components that include: education, resources, support, and empowerment. There are many different types of life coaches—ones who specialize in health and wellness, ones who specialize in employment services, and even ones who focus on development of specific skills to reach specific goals. As a therapeutic life coach, my emphasis is on the overall mental wellness of my clients. I want to help my clients feel equipped to walk through this stage of life and supported as they address the physical and emotional changes that are occurring. We won’t stop there but will continue through the journey to learn to release the shame and embarrassment often associated with this stage of life and to be empowered to live full and vibrant lives even in our later stages.
